Used by in-house and external clientele, Dancorp offers conference room hire between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. (Outside of business hours and weekend hire are available at additional rates). Room capacity is up to 14 persons and can be booked on an hourly or daily basis.

 

Dancorp provides a 'no fuss' solution, located in the prime position of the historic Sir Donald Bradman Drive, 2km from the airport and 5km from the central business district in Adelaide.

 

Conference Room Hire

 

Standard Conference Room hire includes:

  • Seating for up to 14 people 

  • Greeting of your clients at reception and direction to appropriate room

  • Use of all internal furniture and related kitchen facilities

  • Use of whiteboard and markers

  • Access to modern coffee lounge

  • Phone handset with conference call option

  • (WiFi) ADSL2+ broadband internet connection

  • Digital projector (including use of DVD player and speakers)

 

Standard hire starts from $40 + GST p/hr.

 

Services and facilities available at an additional cost include:

  • Secretarial support including photocopying and word processing

  • Catering

  • Tea / filtered coffee & biscuits

  • Phone calls made whilst using the room

 

Should you have a meeting and require a conference and/or training room with the latest facilities, friendly staff and support - look no further than Dancorp. Whilst you concentrate on preparing the Agenda, you can leave the rest up to us.

 

Meeting Room Hire

 

Meeting room inclusions:

  • Seating for up to 5 people

  • Greeting of your clients at reception and direction to suite

  • WiFi ADSL2+ broadband internet connection

  • Telephone handset with conference call option

  • Access to modern coffee lounge

 

Standard Hire starts from $30 + GST per hour

 

Services and facilities available at an additional cost include:

  • Administrative support

  • Catering

  • Coffee/Tea/Biscuits

Short Term Office Hire (Hourly / Daily)

 

Should you require an office Suite to work from for a short period we have the solution for you.

 

Standard Office Suite hire includes:

  • Seating for up to 3 people 

  • Greeting of your clients at reception and direction to appropriate room

  • Use of all internal furniture and related kitchen facilities

  • Access to modern coffee lounge

  • Phone handset (optional)

  • (WiFi) ADSL2+ broadband internet connection

 

Standard hire starts from $30 + GST p/hr.
