Used by in-house and external clientele, Dancorp offers Conference Room Hire between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Room capacity is 14-16 persons and is on an hourly or daily basis.

Conference Room Inclusions
Standard Conference Room hire includes:
- Seating from 14-16 people
- Greeting of your clients at reception and direction to appropriate room
- Use of all internal furniture and related kitchen facilities
- Use of whiteboard and markers
- Access to modern coffee lounge
- Phone line with conference call option
- ADSL broadband internet connection
- Digital projector (including use of DVD player, VHS Player and speakers)
Standard hire starts from $40 + GST p/hr.
Additional Options Available
Services and facilities available at an additional cost include:
- Secretarial support including photocopying and word processing
- Catering
- Tea / filtered coffee & biscuits
- Phone calls made whilst using the room
